• All jobs are pre-quoted and agreed with the customer before commencing and if we find anything else when working on your bike we will always contact you, by phone or email, to advise and seek approval to proceed with the repair
• We will turn your repair around in as short a time as possible
• On collection we will talk you through all the work undertaken and highlight any areas which may need further attention
