BALANCE - Each sachet serving contains over 200mg of natural dried ginger, the optimal amount to help alleviate symptoms of gastrointestinal stress and calm the prevalence of nausea.
We use a high gingerol compound ginger that not only tastes great but makes a genuine difference to how you feel during exercise.
FUEL - Each serving contains 32.5g of carbohydrate in the form of unbleached cane sugar.
Cane sugar is a lower GI index carb and is a slower burn fuel compared to other carbs such as maltodextrin, glucose and fructose. Slower burn carbs will help sustain you for longer and help avoid sugar highs and crashes. We also use unbleached cane sugar as it is more natural, chemical free and less unadulterated form of fuel compared to the other synthetic factory made carbs mentioned above.
HYDRATE - Each serving contains 400mg of sea salt.
Salt helps aid with re-hydration of water into the body. Sea salt also retains essential elements magnesium, chloride and potassium. These elements help maintain the balance of electrolytes in our bodies which are essential for normal function of our cells and our organs.

DIRECTIONS - Simply pour sachet of Active Root into a 500-700ml of hot water, mix throughly until dissolved, then you're ready to go. Alternatively a 300ml mug requires approx half a sachet
